As a pet owner, there is truly nothing more important to you than having access to education about your pet’s health, the ability to ask questions, and the opportunity to never stop believing that anything is possible for your beloved animals.
Our pets come into our lives, shower us with love and admiration, and when they pass, they never quite leave us. They change our lives for the better, and sometimes, they cause us to change course.
So is the case with Arnold.
In the fall of 2005, after Arnold left this earth quietly on a porch overlooking the Lowcountry marshes, Dr. Ruth made the decision to look outside the confines of Western Medicine and took an acupuncture class in February 2006. It was then she realized how much she could have helped Arnold and that it was time to incorporate a more natural way of healing into her vet practice.
She transitioned her clinic to provide services based on Traditional Chinese medicinal practices. The results were astounding, and she knew she had to make these practices available to more people and their pets.
Born out of a deep love for those fur babies we cherish so much, TheOriginalCrockPetDiet.com’s mission is to empower pet owners to take responsibility for their pet’s health and well-being.
The goal is to provide you information on alternative medical practices to prevent disease by controlling inflammation, optimizing internal organ function, and minimizing exposure to environmental toxins so you can make confident and educated health care decisions on behalf of your pet.
Educational programs and diet plans, such as The Original CrockPET Diet™, developed by Dr. Ruth Roberts, aim to provide your pet an improved quality of life, regardless of whether your pet is healthy, constantly sick, or terminally ill.
